Our lettings department handles short term lettings of residential properties on assured short hold tenancies. Lettings are generally unfurnished and normally for periods of 6 or 12 months.

Landlords

If you have a property, which is currently empty, why not earn extra income by contacting our lettings department. We provide a letting service at a competitive cost including finding your tenant including taking a Homelet Reference which has regard to employment, personal & residential details. Prior to occupation we will take an inventory and schedule of condition. We will also arrange for an assured short hold tenancy agreement to be prepared for the duration of the tenancy - usually 6 or 12 months.It is customary for 1 months rent plus 1 months deposit to be levied at the commencement of the tenancy. Rent to be paid thereafter directly to the landlord. If necessary we can for an increased fee provide a management service in relation to repairs/servicing etc. NB Gas boilers must be serviced before commencement of tenancy & annually serviced; all furniture must be fire resistant.
