Clees Prime & Country
The Prime & Country brand has recently been launched to enable both Prime and Country properties to benefit from specialist niche marketing.
Many properties including equestrian, smallholdings, farms and prime residential dwellings require targeted marketing and national advertising chosen to suit each individual property. This allows freedom to focus on the target market and achieve the best possible price.
If you have Prime or Country property that you are considering selling, contact your local office for further details.

Property Auction Updates
Our Spring auction was a varied entry comprising land, an old school and
both old and modern residential property in various repair. This suited a
range of buyers including farmers, developers, investment buyers and home
owners.
As a result of this the auction room was full of potential buyers and all
lots were keenly contested. All lots offered on the day were sold under the
hammer giving a 100% result with most lots exceeding their guide prices.
The eye catching result of the day was the former school at Birchgrove,
Swansea sold on instruction of the City and County of Swansea. There were 6
bidders competing for this interesting building. The pre auction guide was
£90 - £100,000 with the hammer eventually falling at £160,000.
Auctioneer Nick Jones was delighted with the auction and commented that
there is always demand for the right property at the right price.
Entries are already being accepted for the next auction on 11th May 2010
to be held at the Ivy Bush Hotel, Carmarthen. This will include 14
properties offered on the instructions of Carmarthenshire County Council.
The next auction at Ramada Jarvis hotel, Swansea will be held on Wednesday
23rd June 2010 |
