Another successful property auction…..

Ten lots, mainly residential dwellings, came under the hammer on Wednesday 28th October 2009. A large crowd gathered at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Swansea for the regular quarterly property auction, with another successful result being achieved. 70% of the properties put to auction on the day are now sale agreed/pending completion- a pleasing result in difficult marketing conditions.

The Previous auction in July 2009 achieved a remarkable result selling 94.4% of the properties listed, with a sale total of £1,670,000 – proving there is life in the property market !
