A plan is included with these sales particulars which shows the extent of the property and also the fishing rights edged in a red line. This is taken from the Land Registry and is believed to be correct. Although no formal records have been kept, the owners have numerous photographs showing catches that have been made by their many friends and colleagues who have come to enjoy this water. The water has never been let on a commercial basis and is used by family and friends only. On occasions specimen fish are taken but generally the policy has been for catch and release. The water offers varied conditions and is ideal for both fly or spinning methods. The former is preferred and the only method used for brown trout.
