AGRICULTURAL MATTERS

Of late we have experienced some of the hardest years in British Agriculture. The restrictions imposed on the industry have severely impaired many traditional farming practices. It is essential that decisions are based on sound advice and forward planning. We are able to offer our clients the following services.

FARM BUSINESS ADVICE

We can provide assistance and advice in all aspects of farm management including the preparation of Farm Business Tenancies, grant applications, tenant's rights, tenancy disputes and IACS matters.

COMPENSATION

We advise and represent landowners who are affected by proposed development including new roads or road widening schemes, new gas, water, oil or sewer pipelines or damage caused by existing apparatus. In most of the above circumstances our fees are paid in addition to any compensation obtained.

VALUATIONS & SURVEYS

Our 14 Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents, one of the largest specialist teams in Wales, are able to provide advice on a wide range of property related matters including new build and refurbishment. We provide valuations for most purposes including Sale, Tax, Matrimonial and Secured Lending.
